Our Services

We provide various community programs and services to the public particularly the vulnerable and disadvantaged people including new migrants and those with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds who deserve to have a fulfilling life. We provide advice, information and referrals and maintain a strong collaboration with partner organisations and clubs.

 

Ladies Friendship Club

This club meets to connect, build a better and stronger  community among the seniors over 50’s.

Every Wednesday from 9: 30am – 11:30am 

at the Eagleby Community Centre, 8 Cowper Avenue, Eagleby

Emergency Relief Program (ER)

Financial Assistance is extended to people living in Logan – Beaudesert areas only.  Type of assistance available are:

food vouchers, prescriptions, rent arrears, utility bills and referrals to other service providers

ER days are Tuesdays and Thursdays only 

from 9:30am to 12:30 pm

Please call 3807 3833 or 3807 0109 during office hours for an assessment.  Only eligible people with the required IDs and necessary documents will be given an appointment.

Our office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 2pm. only

Clubs and Organisations

  • We provide affordable and accessible community activities and social opportunities for the community to engage, connect and participate with the support of other organisations and clubs. Supporting organisations are the Eagleby Giants Junior Football Club, TS Warlus Australian Navy Cadets, Eagleby State School, Beenleigh Brass Band, Samoa Christian Universal Church and membership of the Eagleby Community Association Inc. Other non-profit organisations and clubs are our patrons that deliver various community activities namely:

  • Southeast Shufflers Dance & Performing Arts
  • Elaine Friday Dance Club
  • Elaine Sequence Dance
  • Tai Chi

Church Services

Various church services are conducted in both the Eagleby Community Centre and the Eagleby Community Hall.
