Our Services

We provide various community programs and services to the public particularly the vulnerable and disadvantaged people including new migrants and those with culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds who deserve to have a fulfilling life. We provide advice, information and referrals and maintain a strong collaboration with other service providers.

 

Conversation Club
for New Migrants/Refugees

Improve your conversation skills, make new friends from different backgrounds and cultures and  exchange new ideas.
Every Monday 10:30am to 11:30am at the Eagleby Community Centre, 8 Cowper Avenue, Eagleby.

Basic computer and online digital training

Learn the basics of computer for beginners and increase your confidence, skills and online safety when you use the internet and everyday technology.

Ladies Friendship Club

This club meets to connect, build a better and stronger  community among the seniors.

Every Wednesday from 9: 30am – 11:30am

Emergency Relief Program

Financial Assistance is extended to people living in Logan – Beaudesert area.  Type of assistance available are:

food vouchers, prescriptions, rent arrears and utility bills.

Please call 3807 3833 or 3807 0109  beforehand for an appointment.

 ER days areTuesdays and Thursdays only.

Requirements:  Centrelink card and photo 

Youth Program for 12-25 years old in partnership with the Eagleby Giants and Samoa Christian Universal Church (SCUC)

Mentoring/coaching clinics and volleyball games 

starts January 2025, ends November 2025

Clubs and Organisations

  • We provide affordable and accessible community activities and social opportunities for the community to engage, connect and participate with the support of other organisations and clubs. Supporting organisations are the Eagleby Giants Junior Football Club, TS Warlus Australian Navy Cadets, Eagleby State School, Beenleigh Brass Band, Samoa Christian Universal Church and membership of the Eagleby Community Association Inc. Other non-profit organisations and clubs are our patrons that deliver various community activities namely:
