Stacey’s Bootcamp is an exhilarating fitness course intended to push you to your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals. Stacey is an experienced fitness trainer that encompasses all kinds of training techniques that help people who are experienced or those who are looking to get into shape. You can sign up for an 8-week fitness course, which includes tons of different classes you can attend throughout the week, or you can exclusively choose specific classes to join.
The boxing class held at the Eagleby Community Hall involves High-Intensity Interval Training and is a mixture of boxing and cardio work.
